RESOLAR Participated in Formulating the "Crystalline silicon photovoltaic module recycling method - Pyrolysis method" Standard

Recently, the Inner Mongolia Standardization Association has publicly solicited opinions on the group standard "Crystalline silicon photovoltaic module recycling method - Pyrolysis method". This document was initiated by Inner Mongolia Runeng Energy Co., Ltd., with participation from multiple organizations including RESOLAR and ECOPV. It aims to standardize the pyrolysis recycling process and reduce secondary pollution during recycling.

"Methods for Recycling and Processing of Photovoltaic Modules - Pyrolysis":

1. General Principles

This standard is formulated based on four major principles: environmental protection, resource maximization, safety, and compliance.

2. Pyrolysis Process Flow

(1) Pretreatment

Pretreatment stage:

Frame removal and cleaning for reuse

Junction box separation and processing

Laminates can be crushed/cut for processing

Protective recycling of Glass

Separate storage of fluoride backsheet

2) Pyrolysis Core

Temperature ≥450°C, open flame prohibited

Priority given to high-efficiency, low-consumption equipment

Equipped with waste gas purification devices

3. Organic Removal Rate Indicators

4. Requirements for Enterprises and Recycling Processing Reports
