The largest BC photovoltaic power station in China officially announced full capacity grid connection on February 25, 2026.

The project was constructed with an investment of 2.9 billion yuan by Inner Mongolia Energy Group, with a scale of 500 MW, using Longi Hi-MO 9 modules, with a power output of 660 W and an efficiency of 24.43%.

The power station is located in Inner Mongolia and belongs to the large-scale Shagehuang new energy base.

The project's modules have a single-unit power generation capacity 3.06% higher than the current mainstream TOPCon modules, with an average annual power generation of 852 million kWh.

It reduces carbon dioxide emissions by 1.0211 million tons annually and has completed 60,000 mu of desertification control.

This marks the official large-scale commercial application of BC technology, setting a benchmark for China's desert new energy bases.
