Recently, China Resources Recycling Group New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") discovered that some unscrupulous individuals have forged our company's personnel appointment documents. The forged documents are titled "China Resources Recycling Group New Energy Technology Co., Ltd." and bear the seal of "China Resources Recycling Group New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.", with the number (2026) 0424. They have made false appointments to the fictitious "Beijing Yijiuhe Circular Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "the fake company"). The false appointment recipients are Zhao Zehao, Zhang Xiangjiang, Zhu Dinghui, and others. This behavior has seriously infringed upon our company's legitimate rights and interests and disrupted the normal market order.

To clarify the facts, eliminate misleading information, and safeguard our company's brand reputation and the legitimate rights and interests of all relevant parties, we hereby solemnly declare the following regarding the relevant matters:

I. Our company has never issued the aforementioned personnel appointment documents, nor has it authorized any individual or organization to conduct business, sign cooperation agreements, or engage in any civil activities in our company's name. The appointment letter held by the perpetrators, bearing the letterhead and seal of "China Resources Recycling Group New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.", is forged and has no connection whatsoever with our company. Our company has also never issued any form of personnel appointment document to "Beijing Yijiuhe Circular Agriculture Technology Co., Ltd.", nor has it authorized that company or any of its personnel to conduct business or sign cooperation agreements in our company's name.

Second, any business activities carried out by the fake company using our company's name through forged documents are illegal acts on its own initiative, and all legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the perpetrator and shall have no connection with our company.

Third, regarding the aforementioned forgery and misuse by the counterfeit company, our company reserves the right to pursue all legal liabilities of the counterfeit company and related responsible persons, including but not limited to reporting to the market supervision department to pursue administrative penalties, and pursuing civil litigation and criminal cases to demand that they cease infringement, eliminate the impact, and compensate our company for economic losses and reputational damage. Our company will not tolerate such incidents.

IV. We hereby solemnly remind all partners, friends from all walks of life, and relevant organizations to carefully verify the authenticity of all appointment documents and authorization documents involving our company, and not to easily believe false advertising and authorizations impersonating our company.
