Solarcycle,USA: No.1 in Financing

Solarcycle raised a total of 69.73 million across six funding rounds.In2023,it announced the completion of a 30 million Series A round, co-led by Fifth Wall and HG Ventures, with participation from Prologis Ventures, Urban Innovation Fund, and others, bringing the total funding to $36.6 million. 

Between 2024 and 2025, Solarcycle secured additional equity investments from partners including Microsoft to support its recycling technology R&D and factory construction.

Solarcycle received $1.5 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Energy to develop high-purity material recovery technology, focusing on extracting high-value materials such as silver and silicon.

Last year, Solarcycle processed nearly 500,000 panels from more than 90 companies. Solarcycle's goal is to recycle 1 million panels by the end of 2025.

OnePlanet Solar Recycling, USA:

Policy and capital dual drive

Financing progress: In April 2025, OnePlanet Solar Recycling completed a $7 million seed round of financing (led by Khasma Capital), and simultaneously received a $14.5 million tax credit from the U.S. Department of Energy (supported by the IRA Act).

Factory planning: The total investment of the industrial-grade recycling base in Florida is expected to be approximately US$90 million. After it goes into production in 2027, the annual processing capacity will be 2 million pieces, and it will be expanded to 6 million pieces/year in 2030, focusing on the recycling of high-value metals.

RESOLAR, China:

Capital bets on high value of photovoltaic recycling

Financing progress: RESOLAR completed millions of yuan in pre-A round of financing ( Bright Capital) to promote the implementation of high-value photovoltaic technology across the country and cooperate with strategic partners to build a recycling network.
