Currently, both parties have signed the "Cooperation Framework Letter of Intent," but the transaction is still in the planning stage, with specific terms and pricing under negotiation.

TCL Zhonghuan is a leader in photovoltaic silicon wafers, maintaining its top market share in shipments; DAS solar primarily covers solar cell-PV module production capacity. According to statistics released by InfoLink, in the first half of last year, DAS solar ranked seventh in component shipments alongside CSI Solar, with shipments approximately 15GW.
