A comprehensive inspection was conducted of 1 auto repair enterprise and 1 renewable resource recycling enterprise in Yuncheng District. The law enforcement team focused on checking their business qualifications and systematically investigated whether there were violations such as illegal recycling of scrapped motor vehicles, illegal dismantling of scrapped motor vehicles, and unlicensed operations. For issues found on site such as illegal recycling and dismantling of scrapped motor vehicles, the law enforcement team immediately ordered the cessation of illegal activities, imposed penalties in accordance with the law and regulations, and sealed relevant evidence, after which the case will be filed and handled according to the law.

To further regulate the electric vehicle sales market order and crack down on violations such as the sale of scrapped vehicles and illegal modification of electric vehicles, thereby eliminating road traffic safety hazards at the source, recently, led by the Traffic Management Brigade of the Wudu Branch, and actively coordinated with the district bureau of commerce, market supervision bureau, and Hanwang police station, a special rectification campaign was launched targeting electric vehicle sales stores, renewable resource recycling points and waste collection stations in the Hanwang jurisdiction.

In electric vehicle sales stores, the inspection team focused on checking whether the vehicle sales qualifications, quality, license plates, labels, certificates of conformity, and main technical parameters were consistent with the product announcement, and whether there were illegal modifications and assembly. By clearly informing operators of the legal consequences of illegal modification and urging them to strictly fulfill their main responsibilities, legal and compliant operations were achieved and safety hazards were eliminated from the source.

In inspections of renewable resource recycling points and waste collection stations, the focus was on checking enterprise recycling ledgers, business qualifications, and vehicle source certificates, and strictly investigating violations such as purchasing without qualifications and illegally dismantling scrapped motor vehicles, as well as purchasing motor vehicles from illegal sources. For safety hazards and non-compliant operational issues found on site, rectification notices were issued on the spot, clearly specifying rectification requirements and deadlines, ordering the business entities to make immediate corrections or complete rectification within a time limit; at the same time, the site publicized relevant laws and regulations such as the Regulations on the Management of Recycling of Scrapped Motor Vehicles and the Road Traffic Safety Law to operators, clearly warning them that illegal purchasing, dismantling, assembly, resale of motor vehicles and parts is strictly prohibited, and urging business entities to strictly implement the vehicle source verification system, firmly守住 the bottom line of lawful operations.

    This joint rectification campaign further standardized the order of electric vehicle sales, recycling, and scrapped vehicle dismantling in the jurisdiction, effectively deterred the sale of scrapped vehicles and illegal modification of electric vehicles, and laid a solid foundation for the continued stability of road traffic safety in the jurisdiction.
