On March 7, 2025, the General Office of the National Energy Administration issued the "Guidelines for the Establishment of Energy Industry Standards Plan in 2025", which clearly proposed to take energy security and green and low-carbon transformation as the core goals of standardization work, focus on the development needs of new energy technologies and new formats, and give priority to the layout of standards systems in emerging fields. Among them, the upgrading and transformation of old photovoltaic power stations, and the recycling and reuse of retired components are listed as the key directions for the establishment of the 2025 Energy Industry Standards Plan, aiming to promote the standardized development of the technical transformation and recycling industry of old power stations through technical specifications and process standardization.
