It supports resource-recycling enterprises in issuing invoices for payments made through online payment platforms. The system automatically completes intelligent calculation of natural persons’ taxable fees, deduction and warehousing, and auto-populates invoice information with payment details. Natural persons only need to "scan once" to receive payment and pay taxes.

Compared with e-invoice platforms/tax control systems, the "three-in-one" reverse invoicing model enables immediate tax payment invoicing through the union platform, eliminating the need to commission the recycling enterprise to handle declarations on its behalf. It also removes the need for the recycling enterprise to verify the declaration and tax payment information item by item, thereby reducing the recycling enterprise’s financial settlement costs, tax costs, and custodial costs. This brings significant convenience to resource-recycling enterprises and helps both recycling enterprises and sellers make more effective use of the "reverse invoicing" policy.
