On September 8, 2026, Gangshoushou, a professional internet platform for the scrap steel industry, successfully completed the full-process workflow for integrated three-flow reverse invoicing. By connecting to the Alipay channel, it helped Mianzhu Shengquan Scrap Metal Recycling Co., Ltd. in Sichuan Province successfully issue its first reverse invoice through the Leqi platform.

On July 1 this year, Announcement No. 12 of 2026 issued by the State Taxation Administration was officially implemented, bringing significant tax relief benefits to the renewable resources industry: for individuals using integrated three-flow reverse invoicing, the individual income tax prepayment rate for annual income within RMB 600,000 is reduced to 0.25%.

Integrated three-flow reverse invoicing has become an inevitable trend in industry development. It requires a professional digital reverse invoicing system to enable real-time matching of capital flow, invoice flow, and goods flow, as well as standardized online transactions throughout the entire process, in order to apply for preferential policies in compliance with regulations.
