According to Flush Financial News, on October 23-24, 2025, the "PV Industry High-Quality Development and Technical Standards Forum" was successfully held, co-organized by the China Photovoltaic Industry Association (CPIA) and the China Electronics Standardization Institute. During the "Green Empowerment" sub-forum, RESOLAR was invited as a representative industry enterprise to attend. Market Director Hudong Wang shared the RESOLAR's technical practices in PV recycling. The high purity of recycled materials and the excellent performance of solar cells made from recycled materials have garnered widespread attention from participating experts.
The forum focused on the green transformation of the entire photovoltaic industry chain. Experts discussed policies and standards such as carbon footprint accounting, green electricity certification, and carbon markets, pointing out that with the imminent large-scale retirement of photovoltaic modules, green recycling technology has become a key link for the sustainable development of the industry.

Core Content of the Report
According to FLush Financial News, the China Electronics Standardization Institute and the China Photovoltaic Industry Association jointly hosted the "PV Industry High-Quality Development and Technical Standards Forum".
The "Green Empowerment—Photovoltaic Industry Green Low-Carbon Technology and Standards Sub-Forum" received close attention from experts.
1. Qi Guan from the China Electronics Standardization Institute interpreted the top-level policies for the green development of the photovoltaic industry, outlining policy pathways from four dimensions: products, organizations, "zero-waste" transformation, and zero-carbon construction.
2. Tianqi Zhuang from the China Electronics Standardization Institute focused on the carbon footprint of photovoltaic products, introducing the construction of accounting platforms and the progress of international standards (IEC 63667-1) to address international green trade barriers.
3. Yongkang Zhang , Director of the Beijing Green Exchange, analyzed how green electricity, green certificates, and carbon markets can synergistically assist the photovoltaic industry, explaining three models for enterprise participation (direct green electricity connection, PPA power purchase agreements, and green certificate trading).
4. Liheng Zhao from the China Electronics Standardization Institute provided an in-depth interpretation of the national standard "Green Product Evaluation—Photovoltaic Components and Inverters," clarifying the evaluation system from "green products" to "green benchmark products."
5. Bojia Li , Deputy Director of China Academy of Building Research Co., Ltd., introduced the formulation of the "Building Photovoltaic Emission Reduction Calculation Standard," aimed at unifying the quantification of building photovoltaic systems' contributions to "dual carbon" goals.
6. Professor Lei Zhao from the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, explored photovoltaic recycling and material regeneration carbon reduction technologies, analyzing recycling methods for key materials such as silver, silicon, and glass, and the carbon reduction direction for the entire industry chain.
7. Researcher Lili Liu from Tsinghua University focused on green recycling and pollution control of PV recycling, pointing out core challenges such as EVA encapsulation layer separation difficulties, low recycling efficiency for high-value materials, cost inversion, and lack of policy standards. She also introduced advanced recycling technologies like gradient thermal delamination, mechanochemical activation, and carbonized silicon preparation.
8. Xiaoli Wu from the National Solar Photovoltaic Product Quality Inspection and Testing Center interpreted the national standard"Technical Requirements for Photovoltaic Module Decommissioning Evaluation", covering multiple inspection items and criteria such as appearance, insulation, and infrared thermal imaging.
9. Xin Zhang , General Manager of Yicheng New Energy (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd., introduced mobile photovoltaic recycling equipment, highlighting innovations like full physical disassembly and container design.
10. Hudong Wang , Market Director of RESOLAR, discussed the comprehensive recycling and utilization of retired photovoltaic modules. He noted the significant growth in China's photovoltaic installation capacity and gradual policy improvements. However, the industry still faces issues like lack of standards and small workshop pollution. He then introduced the background, including photovoltaic module composition, recycling value estimation, and physical and thermal recycling technologies. He showcased REOSLAR's production base, recycling processes, high-value products, and related honors. The recycled materials have high purity, and solar cells made from recycled materials exhibit excellent performance. Finally, he envisioned the future, proposing directions like establishing a full-lifecycle big data database, improving recycling standards, and strengthening R&D collaboration to promote the green circular development of the photovoltaic industry.
