On April 24, 2024, the State Administration of Taxation of China issued the Notice on the "Reverse Invoicing" of Resource Recycling Enterprises to Individual  Sellers of Scrapped Products, which clearly stated that from April 29, 2024, qualified resource recycling enterprises can issue invoices to individual sellers of scrapped products, i.e. "reverse invoicing". The implementation of this policy has brought great convenience to resource recycling enterprises and solved the problem of difficulty in obtaining VAT input tax deduction certificates in waste recycling transactions in the past.
