At the event, Zhang Tianti, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Development Green Resources Recycling Technology Co., Ltd., introduced the Shandong Province Intelligent Monitoring Platform for the Recycling and Processing of Industrial Recyclable Resources. Led by the Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, the platform leverages digital technologies to regulate industry practices comprehensively and ensure business authenticity. It establishes a reliable data collection and verification system, provides regulatory authorities with an accurate and dependable data foundation, and supports the healthy and sustainable development of the industry.

At the event, the mobile application “Xun Yi Shou,” designed specifically for recycling enterprises under the simplified tax calculation method, was launched. The application interoperates with the platform's business data and shares its compliance management and control system, providing suitable compliant business support for enterprises operating under different tax calculation methods.

The platform is connected with tax authorities to support compliant invoicing by processing enterprises and is equipped with a data security protection system. In terms of resource matching, the platform facilitates supply-demand transactions between processing enterprises and resource-utilizing enterprises, supporting both public and private transaction models. Going forward, it will continue to encourage waste-generating enterprises to join the platform, connecting the entire chain of waste generation, processing, and utilization.
